Need help with Outlook Express

We are running on internet cable (Insight BB) and have
Windows XP Home. For quite a while we haven't been able
to recive messages on Outlook Express. We get the subject
line, etc., but the message area is blank.

We have been forwarding our e-mail over to Yahoo until we
find the cause of this. We've tried everything and
nothing works.

Can anyone help?
