Need help with linking a file to a picture.

I have an excel database with multiple worksheets in the program. I'v
created pictures that I want to be able to access from the mai
worksheet that is contained in others within that file when a certai
criteria is met asking for that particular illustration. Is there a wa
to do that?
example I type 1 And it shows one illustration,, 2 another, etc.
