Need help with Event ID 1041 - Userenv problem

For the past week I've been having a problem where my
users randomly get knocked off my file server. I can
access the server via Remote Desktop, but not from
Network Neighborhood when this happens. The only thing I
can see is an Event ID 1041 Userenv problem, but I can't
find a description of that problem anywhere. Everyone
here is running XP Pro. Matter of fact, while using Win2k
I had no problems...just when I switched everyone over to
XP did this start.

Any thoughts?

Thanks to both of you for the reply. First, the problem
I'm having is on an embedded XP machine. Not sure if it
made a difference. Second, I searched like heck on google
for this and didn't find any resolution. I'll try your
link. Thanks.
