Hi,

After rebooting/start my WinXp I always get couple error message like:

Source: Userenv
Type: Error
Event ID: 1041
User: NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM

Description:
"Windows cannot query Dll name registry entry for
{CF7639F3-ABA2-41DB-97F2-81E2C5DBFC5D} and it will not be loaded. This is
most likely caused by a faulty registration."

Such kind of error appear always up to 5 error with different part of

This error appears to be related to Internet Explorer. Downloading and
re-installing the latest version will most like fix the problem.

Have you recently ran any type of Registry Cleaner app ?

That GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) is associated with
WinLogon/Group Policies. Either the dll jedkls isn't registered
properly or the file is missing from \Windows\System32.

This most associated with IE8 Beta version. Did you installed IE8 when it
was in Beta testing Phase?

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

How to uninstall Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2
http://support.microsoft.com:80/kb/957700/

If that not the case and I'm just guessing, try to Uninstall IE? whatever
version is that to go back to the old version which I assume was stable and
wasn't causing you a headache!

Run this command:
sfc /scannow

Also, make sure your machine free from malware/viruses and from third-party
toolbars that may outdated or corrupted causing IE to complain.

Open a run command and type in:
regedit click [OK]
Locate this Key:

HKLM,"Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions=
Delete this entry in the right pane/window
"{CF7639F3-ABA2-41DB-97F2-81E2C5DBFC5D}",,0x00000000,"Internet Explorer
Machine Accelerators"

Close the Registry Editor and Run disk clean up then run a clean up with
this tool:
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Then this command:
sfc /scannow
HTH,
nass

This is dangerous advice. Most registry cleaners are nothing more than snake
oil: At best the don't do anything useful (but make a big noise about the
large number of registry errors they claim to have found), at worst they
cause permanent damage to the registry. On the other hand they all succeed
in giving the PC's owner a warm feeling inside, which compensates for the
lack of any measurable improvement in performance.

I asked the question "IF" they had run on to determine if the fractured
Registry association got broken by running the cleaner ? I've never
recommended the use of a Registry Cleaner other than RegSeeker for
it's search capabilities.

Sorry, I misread your reply, thinking that you were recommending to the OP
to use one to fix his problem.

In hindsight, I should have made that point more clearer. I didn't want
to re-ignite the Reg-Cleaner "Yes it Is, No it Isn't" debate.
