Hello,

Im troubled with this event. I dont know what it exactly means. I sercahed
microsft sites but cant find anywhere. Even, googling doesnt return any
answer. Do any idea when this is happening.

The event is seen at the Application section of the event-viewer.

Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for {<GUID>} and it will not be
loaded. This is most likely caused by a faulty registration.

Userenv (User Environment) (userenv.dll) contains the application programming
interface (API) functions to create and manage user profiles. It is one of
the Group Policy client-side extensions (the components that are responsible
for implementing Group Policies at the client computers).

After a successfull logon, userenv.dll is responsible for loading the
account’s profile information, the CURRENT_USER registry part, and the
administrative templates.

Any error in this file or in the GPO can cause logon delays, problems with
applying GPOs and error messages in Event Viewer.
