Need Help with 3cmlink.exe

Hi guys new here an need help dont know if this is virus or what but keep getting 3cmlink.exe has caused error an will shut down windows it come up best I can tell as my usrobotic winfax int modem. If anyone can give suggestion on how to fix this would greatly appericate it , have racked brain an searched for days.
