need help unable to disable lan firewall

I need help, i was trying to install a antivirus
software, it keeping saying something sabout being in
safe mode and I may have deleted my lan icon, the network
connections folder is empty so i cant disable the
firewall. that was enabled when I went onto the microsoft
website and enable the firewall through their security,
which messed up my computer so now i cant uninstall any
programs or find the lan connection so that i can disable
the firewall. please help me. thank you
