need help serious virus problem

hello all'
I have a bad case of msblaster and something else. it
started with the common symptom of system restart with
the rpc error i tried the symantec removal tool but said
it was clean. the odd part is that the main account has
access problems. in the my documents there are files and
folders i cannot access i hane access denied even in safe
mode as admin and also when putting the drive in another
computer with antivirus checking it the program doesnt
sxcan the files. what can i do to fix this i need this
computer working asap it is my work comp. also i cant
access win update or online virus scan because it says my
active x control doesnt permit it even thoughj it says
its enabled. tried manuaLY INSTALLING SP1 AND THE MS
BLASTWER SECURITY ALERT BUT WINDOWS says it is an error
and to check wether cryptography service is running ,it
is. please help i dont have a clue what to doo there is
vital data there. the only idea i had was to create
another user account then delet the main one while trying
to save the most data . what do you guys think?

Click Start, Run and enter SERVICES.MSC Locate the Remote Procedure Call
(RPC) service. Double click it and go to Recovery. Set the Recovery
options to Restart the Service.
