problem with XP what is this about?

Your email provider is the one to consult. They should provide you with
the server names, and can guide you through the configuration process.

When I try to turn my computer on, NOTHING appears on the screen. I then
shut it down manually, restart, and have to start in safe mode, then do
system restore. This is happening all the time, for the last 2 days.
I don't know what the problem is.
HELP
Thanks
Also, I have to reply to the group to send email, tried adding this address,
unable to?????
Again thanks

Hopefully you haven't been "randomly selecting"
all over the shop, as you have with Windows Mail.

Have you added any software or harware in recently?
(Be honest!)

ps. This is not the best group for your problem, try...
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

Instead of going to Safe mode, try going to "Last know good configuration"
and see if that fixes it.
