NEED HELP...rundll32.exe not loading properly

on start up my rundll32.exe isn't loading properly, it
sorta freezes my comp, so i have to get in task manager
and turn the function off.....once i do that everything
runs properly

is there a solution to the problem? or do i have to
format (which i don't want to do, it's seems to be my
solution for everything)
