NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE EVRYTIME I GO TO A WEB PAGE THAT
STATES....

Windows Explorer

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and has
to close.

If you were in the middle of something it may be
lost......... then at the bottom of the box theres just a
close........which you have to close to be able to
continue and it pops upi constsantly one after
another.......just started today. Can anyone help or
does anyone know about this?

Try this - it has worked in the past for me

Remove Smart Tags Support for Internet Explorer
Close all open Internet Explorer windows.
In Control Panel, start the Add or Remove Programs tool
(or the Add/Remove Programs tool).

Click Smart tags support for Microsoft Internet Explorer,
and then click Change/Remove (or click Add/Remove).
Disable Smart Tags in Internet Explorer
Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Enable smart tags
check box.
Click OK, and then restart Internet Explorer.
