Need help on outlook 2003 contacts

Hi , I am new to outlook coding.

I have one web application and one web service running in our server. I am managing a set of contacts in the web application.
Now I want to Synchronize the contacts in outlook 2003 and the web application.

I have created an add-in application using C# and able to get the list of contacts also, but unable to find the address book events.

I would like to know is there any method to monitor the activities of outlook address book. I mean, If any changes happens to outlook address book then it should fire an event in the add-in.
