Need Help, Music

have gateway machine with xp home os, use outlook express
for e-mail, everything seems to work, except, music does not
play with e-mail that it comes with. Thanks for any help.

Doc,
Click on the email music file, look in its properties, and
check to see what the file extension is
e.g. .wav, .wma, .aif, .ra...etc., and then make certain
that your default player has been allowed to play that
particular file extension. Or,...

Just make something like WMP or Realplayer your default
player to play ALL SELECTIONS. This is usually done by
accessing the mediaplayer's preference settings
for "formats" and then checking all of the selections.
[Look under "options" in the mediaplayer's toolbar].
