Need help in setting up email (windows mail) account

Can anyone help me set up my email? I have no idea. I don't know whether I
have POP 3 or IMAP. I have an aol account. I don't know about the other
STMP?

AOL uses a version of IMAP. The setup instructions for Outlook Express are
