You need to go to the website of your email provider or your internet
service provider if you are using your ISPs email facility. Check out the
help pages. You might find details if you search your ISP or email providers
site for 'setting up Windows Mail' You will only use one option - either
IMAP or POP/SMTP you don't use both. In most cases it will be POP/SMTP. See
