IMAP SERVER OR STMP NAME???

I am new to Windows Vista and need help setting up my email so I can send
and recieve. Here is my question: How am I suppose to know what my IMAP
server is and how would I find out my STMP name? I am so confused. Please

This is a question you ask of whoever provides your email.

Incdentally, free US Yahoo accounts don't have either IMAP *or* POP/SMTP
support.

If you are using a free US Yahoo account, you need to either use a 3rd party
tool like YPOP or pay Yahoo for the enhanced mail, which does have POP/SMTP
(but not IMAP) support.
