Assistance required

Am setting up a new Dell laptop with new e-mail account and unable to answer
the following questions

Incoiming mail (POP3 or IMAP

Outgoing e-mail server (STMP) name

Any ideas as we have been working on this for hours.

Your email account provider should have a web page with the correct names
and settings.
If you tell us who it is, perhaps someone can help.

Avril, you will need to ask your ISP for those details. Check the help files
on your ISP website, you should find the details there.

As an addition. My last post assumed you were creating a new email account
using the email address give you by your Internet Service Provider. If this
is not the case, say you are setting up a Google email account or something
similar you will need to check the help files on those sites.
