Need help! I need to know how to configure the msconfig ...

My computer is running very slow... And I know that if I
deselect some programs in the startup tab in msconfig, I
can improve perfomance. Could you please tell me what are
the programs that are absolutely needed to be checked, and
wich I can deselect? Thanks.

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Error Reporting -> Choose Programs
-> Do not report errors for these programs:

Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
