Need help getting started...

Movie Maker is on my computer and I'm following their step by step
instructions. Problem is, I'm not getting the screen that says "Capture Video
using Windows Movie Maker" when I plug my camcorder into my computer. I have
rebooted since installation. Any advice??

My system stopped including the Movie Maker choice when I plug in my
camcorder a long time ago, but using File > Capture Video from the MM2.1
menu always works for me.
