Need help= belive we are being invaded by hackers

we believe we are having either a good friend or someone on the outs that has been accessing our computer. they change our tools so that they basicaly are locking us out. We are no longer the administrator of our own computer. we have looked up a few things one underthe administrator tools, computer managment and what we have come to find is that someone is loging in under several different login names. We are not certain but we would like to figure out the discription on all the codes there are for finding out who what when and why? We would like to trace it back to the source. Is it possible to have someone in our computer as either a remote connect or a hidden annoyamous invader? If so we would like to find out some more info on tracking this individual down and also make our security and privacy on our computer more intense for security purposes like this matter. Your help and advice we would gladly appriciate. Tim
