need help allocating disk space

Hello, I have two basic disks, C & E. My C drive is running out of space
(it's only 4 gigs) and I'm not really able to delete/move anything from it.
However, my E drive has 27 gigs available.
Is there anyway I can allocate some free space on my C drive from my E
drive? Running Win200 Server Service Pack 4. Thanks

True, partioning software can move space but any failure may ruin al disk
data
so backup first.

Other options:
1. Lower trashcan settings, default 10% can be way too much.
Choose per drive setting, a few hunderd MB will do.
2. Reduce Internet Explorer cache to 50 - 100 MB to limit this space hog.
3. Now get CrapCleaner ar www.ccleaner.com
You'll be amazed how much space is will recover.
4. With tool 'linkd.exe' in Win2K resource kit or support tools (I forgot)
you can make a transparent link to a folder on partition E.
Programs won't notice the difference.

HTH,
