Need help about security warnings!!!

Hi!
recently i have been getting a lot of that yellow triangle with a "!"
in my system tray but whenever i click it just disapears, please help
for my system is slowing down a lot.
 
Maybe your system is infected, youve run on line AV scans, eg symantec.com,
trend micro etc
Run malaware scans, MS Defender, SpyBot, Adaware - all free
