Need help a.s.a.p

Ok. The problem is whenever I try to use almost any
program, an installation window appears and attempts to
install Microsoft Publisher. When I cancel it, it says the
feature requires publisher, blah blah blah and it's like
any other installation where I have to put the CD in. But:
1. I don't have the cd because it asks for Publisher 2002
and I already have 2003. 2. I don't even know why it keeps
asking me to do this because I don't know what the feature is.

If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly
appreciated.

P.S When I do try to install using the Microsoft Office XP
cd it says some jibberish about PUBRET.MSI

Office Newsgroup since this is an Office Question. This
is the Windows Newsgroup.

Find the Office CD with PUBRET.MSI on it - it is not the first Office XP CD.
Did you have publisher before you installed Office 2003? What version of
Office 2003 is it??
