Need DVD/CD Authoring Program comapatible with Win 2K Server

Would appreciate any recommendation for DVD authoring packages that are
compatible with Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 4 Advanced Server). It
will be used for simple data disks and must support Dual layer DVDs. Free
or reasonably priced commercial programs are fine.

(I see that the latest Nero and several others don't specify Windows 2000
support anymore.)
Thanks.

Does it have to be a "latest" version? If the current versions of these
programs don't support Win2K, why not use the most recent earlier
version that does? You could probably pick up earlier versions quite
inexpensively.

I'm still using V6 of Nero. It works fine with Win2K, fills all my needs
and I see no reason to update it for ever more bloated versions.

"Latest" isn't a concern if it does what I need. Some older programs might
not support Dual Layer DVDs, but barring that it's a good idea.
Thanks!

Nero supports Dual Layer since 2005 (V6). V6 to V8 support Win2K

It's up to Version 9 now which doesn't support Win2k - but does support
Server 2003.

I imagine other major authoring programs have a similar history.
