Sounds like you may have more than one problem going on. You need to run the
nozzle check test from your PC to determine if the head is clogged. If not,
then print some photos from the PC using proper paper settings and see how
they look.

You are right. I ran the "nozzle check" and I have the photo cyan and
cyan clogged a little bit. I barely even used this printer. Actually
that's probably why the head clogged. Now I need to figure out how to
unclogged the head. The cleaning and deep cleaning didn't work.

Then you should be using real Canon ink. It will not cost much more and
you will not have a problem.
Actually
that's probably why the head clogged. That and using crap ink.
Now I need to figure out how to
unclogged the head. The cleaning and deep cleaning didn't work.
Buy a new IP4500 and use Canon ink.
