need 2 gateways

On my LAN I have one Windows 2003 server running RRAS and Exchange 2003. I
have 2 Internet connetions. x.x.x.x is a static high speed DSL while
y.y.y.y is a static dialup 56k. Both connections have cable/DSL routers
installed on them.

x.x.x.x internal IP is 192.168.1.1
y.y.y.y inernal IP is 192.168.1.2

My problem is my Verizon high speed connection x.x.x.x blocks port 25 for
incoming traffic which kills my ability to get email on the high speed line
forcing me to keep the 56k y.y.y.y line up so I can get email. Right now my
default gateway on my Win2003 server (running Exchange and RRA) is
192.168.1.2 (the y..y.y.y connection). I want to be able to use RRAS via
the x.x.x.x connection since it is faster.

How can I make it so my email can still come in via y.y.y.y and I can use
RRAS via x.x.x.x. My first thought was to have 2 default gateways, but
doesn't that cause significant slowdowns?
