Navigation Pane / Folder List

Hello,

I have 25 exchange mailboxes running on exchange and have to constantly
archive e-mails into pst file and save them onto the server. When I add the
pst files to Outlook I have the following in the folder list:

Joe Blogs Archive 2005
Mailbox - Joe Blogs

When I add another pst for example it gets added underneath the mailbox. So
I get

Joe Blogs Archive 2005
Mailbox - Joe Blogs
Joe Blog Archive 2006

I cannot seem to change the order. Can anyone help or verify why this would
happen?

Go to each pst:

You have to point and right click your mouse on

"Joe Blogs Archive 2005" and go to the "general" tab.
In the right down corner you will find the "advanced" button.
Then you go to the name and before ""Joe Blogs Archive 2005" add the number
"1", or "2" depending the order you need.
