Navigation Bar Properties

I have created a Web without using the FrontPage 2002 Themes. I would like to
use Link Bar Properties to manage the Navigation Bars in my web. I understand
that in order to do so I need to save my web as a Theme. Can in be done with
FrontPage 2002?

It doesn't save your web as a theme..it just uses the theme's graphics for the nav buttons etc.
