Themes and Link Bar Properties

I have created a Web without using the FrontPage 2002 Themes. I would like to
use Link Bar Properties to manage the Navigation Bars in my web. I understand
that in order to do so I need to save my web as a Theme. Can in be done with
FrontPage 2002?

1. You would apply a theme, not save your web as a theme
2. You only need to use a theme if you want to use the images of the theme in your link bar.
