Navigation Bar on WMM?

Is there a navigation bar or the equivalent of it, somewhere on the WMM page,
when you play stored videos? I have one on all my other editing programs,
but can't find one on WMM. It's needed to zip through footage and pick out
clips.

Well there is a progress bar at the bottom of the preview window that you
can drag to anyplace you want in the video, is that what you are referring
