Navigate from Popup to a main frame window

To everyone,

I have a frame that is divied into three parts. Content,
banner, and main. I have selection criteria in content.
I want to select a funtion [in content] and have it appear
in a pop-up (no issue there). I want the results from
that pop-up to go to the main area of the frame (that is
the issue).

I'm trying to find the navigation structure to allow me to
do that, but can't seem to readily locate the commands.

If someone knows how to do that, please advise.
