Seperate Contents Frame from Main Frame

I would like to be able to end up with a navigation bar in the contents
frame, vertically, that would not move when the main frame is scrolled up and
down. Also, the main frame would not scroll up and down when the navigation
bar was being scrolled through.

You would have use a frameset, and FP navigation components are not designed to work with framesets.

I have already built the website, at least I have named each of the pages and
such. Would I have to rebuild the whole website inorder to have this feature?
