I've recently had a problem with my grandma's HP computer. So I took the
restore CD and recovered all the program files. Now two weeks later, I get
a BSOD with a memory dump about 1 minute after Windows loads. Also, when we
try to log on, it logs straight off. Please please please don't ask me to
do anything that requires to log into Windows, Safe Mode or not. It will
not let me log on at all.

If you dont want to do anything that requires a login, use your restore cd
and do not reinstall install Norton
