Nav button in shared borders

I am just beginning to make a site. I have two pages in my navigation, the
home page and a child page.

The home page displays a nice button for the child page in the shared
border, but the child page displays an "[UP]" and the UP is underscored.
I'd rather have a button that says up like the home page button.

Can I fix this someway?

If it is text, Select your nav bar and right click for properties style to select one w/o underlines
