Native vs. Mixed Mode in W2K

I've seen a lot of discussions about having an AD in mixed mode or Native
mode. Our domain is set up in mixed mode currently. It was set up by a
consultant prior to my taking over. We currently have only W2K servers (most
Advanced, but that's another issue with these consultants). We have 2 DCs.
We have 2 servers running Citrix MetaFrame Xpa, one running Exchange 5.5 and
1 running SQL 2000. We have about 100 users (max of 40-50 simultaneously).

What advantage would I get or see if I switched the domain to native mode?
I'm always leery of making changes that don't buy me some significant
benefit.....

Windows 2000 Native mode gives you the following features

You can have Universal groups as both security and distribution groups
(in mixed mode, only distribution)

Allows full group nesting (in mixed mode, only distribution groups can
be nested)

Allows conversion between security groups and distribution groups.

Allows migration of security principals from one domain to another
