native mode and mixed mode

How can I tell if my domain is running in native mode and
not in mixed mode. Also if it is running in native mode
can I still use an NT RAS server on it.

The easiest way is to create a new security group, if you have Universal
available then you are in Native. Alternatively, if you go into the domain
properties in ADUC, it should tell you in there

You can have an NT RAS server as a member server, however I would advise
ytou to look into the Windows 2000 version for ease of use.

Go to AD Domains and Trusts, get the properties of your domain. Under
"General" tab you will see the domain operation mode.

You might be able to continue using your NT RAS box if it is a member server
and not a PDC/BDC but I have never tried it...
