Native mode

I am trying to convert my Windows 2000 environment to
native mode. All the DCs are running Windows 2000.

If I convert the Operations Master, will this conversion
be replicated to the other DCs or do I need to convert the
other DCs manualy?

Is there a sequence I beed to follow?

Yes, changing this on one DC affects the entire domain and is replicated.
