Name of administrator account

Hi, sometime when I install XP, the administrator account shows on the logon
screen under the name 'Administrator', yet on reinstall the administrator
account might show the name of the primary use instead. Does anyone know
what controls this?

If there is an admin account created then the unbuilt Administrator accounts hides from the welcome screen.
