No.
And you shouldn't mess with the built-in Administrator account - leave it as
it is.

Not normally. There is already a built-in Administrator account, which
cannot be deleted. It can be renamed, however, and then you might be
able to rename your account to "Administrator." However, the user
profile folders (C:\Documents and Settings\Username) _cannot_ be
renamed, without risky registry edits, even if the associated user
account has been. So, your best course of action would be to log on
using the built-in Administrator account, create a new user account,
with the username desired. You can then delete the old user account(s),
after copying the desired data from the old to the new.

What, precisely, are you actually trying to accomplish?

I can find just one ADMINISTRATOR \APPLICATION DATA\ Mozilla; except
that only "my name" seems to be used by the system as administrator...
I am just trying to tidy up so that "my name" is shown for what it is;
as the system "administrator"...

This is a very foolish course of action. You apparently have XP Pro or Media
Center and are running as the built-in Administrator. This means that if the
account becomes corrupted or otherwise inaccessible - a not uncommon
occurrence - you will have no way to get into the system. Since you are
already using Administrator for your daily work, create another
administrative user - call it "Tech" or "CompAdmin" or the like - for
emergencies. You don't ever have to log into it but someday you will be glad
it is there.

If you want to log on automatically (go directly to Administrator's
Desktop), this is easily done:

Configure Windows to Automatically Login (MVP Ramesh) -
