Name Cache for Outlook XP

I have a oerson email address that changed and I am unable to clear the old
email from the name cache. I have found and tried the related KB articles and
they do not remove the name from the cahce. Is there a way to clear the
entire name cache or a workaround to remove this one name. The person's email
address has already been changed in his contact information.

Thanks

Delete the *.nk2 file

The autocomplete e-mail cache used by Outlook 2002/2003 is stored in a
file with the extension *.nk2. Microsoft hasn't released an editor for
the cache file, but a 3rd party cache viewer called OWTLOOK is available
from http://www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm.

While the vast majority of users will have no need to view or edit the
cache, since removing old addresses requires just the Del key (after
selecting the entry using the arrow keys), some sites may have good
business reasons for viewing or exporting the addresses contained in the
cache file.
