this site takes over internet explorer home page
automatically and i can't get it permanently removed=i
have deleted all files by that name [even hiddenfile]
repeatedly [must be using a different file name]==i block
& remove it from microsoft and other spyware programs, but
it keeps coming back= i wrote the site and email and they
replied they would remove it, but they didn't[this was
weeks ago]=can anyone help me get rid of this

Have you scanned and removed in safe mode, with Microsoft antispyware?
Restart the machine, pressing the F8 key before the first Windows screen
appears.
