what if my xp-cd isnt' bootable?
if so, how will i setup?

Have you checked that in your BIOS, the CD-ROM drive be the first device when booting?

What is the source of the CD?
Is it original or a copy?

Make sure CD drive is a boot device before hard drive in the BIOS.
Reboot with Windows XP CD.
Look for a message similar to "Press any key to boot to CD-ROM"
The message may only be up for a few seconds and you need to press a key at
that time.

there's isn't a file called bootfond.bin in my Windows Xp Sp2 cd-rom.
is that the cause of being unable to boot?
if so, where can i get the file?

Go to the BIOS and see whether you have your CD-RIM drive as your first boot device.
