My windows won't load--HELP!!!

When I turn on my computer, windows XP home edition will
not load. Sometimes I get a message saying my system is
low on virtual memory, and most of the time I get a
message saying that windows could not verify the license
of this product. I have a Dell dimensions that is around
one year old. I can't even start up in safe mode!!

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
