my window screen setting went wrong

i had change my screen pixels to the minimum one to have
a try on it. out of my expectation i cannot access
window. when my pc go into window it will apears
there "sync out of range" how to change back to 800by 600
pixels? i cannot use my window at all now. is there
anyways to change bck to 800 by 600 pixels using ms dos?
 
Have you tried in safe mode???
When the computer starts to boot start tapping the F8 key.
