My web "does not exist"

When I try to publish (to my 10-yr-old website) I get the msge "A web does
not exist at .......", and selecting "Create it" also gets a no-no.

This is on a new pc - it's in my home network with my old pc on which FP2002
has worked well for years and still does. XP on both. I installed (and
activated) FP on new pc and copied all the files from relevant folder &
sub-folders (in "My Webs") of old pc to same folders in new one. All FP's
other functions (and all other online activities) are OK on new pc.

So what am I doing wrong?

Open the new web on the new PC in FP and run a Tools Recalculate hyperlinks
File Open Web/Site and browse to the web folder

If that doesn't work, check or have your host check that the FP server
extensions are installed correctly and not corrupted.

If that checks out okay, check your firewall settings.
