My UPS is missing

BEFORE WHEN I FIRST GOT MY LAPTOP COMPAQ EvoN1020v I
COULD DISCONNECT MY POWER AND USE THE BATTERY BUT NOW FOR
SOME REASON FOR 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THE
BATTERY EVEN THOUGH IT IS 100% CHARGED. I HAVE CHECKED
THE SERVICES AND FOUND OUT THAT UPS HAS BEEN DISABLED AND
REFUSES TO COME BACK UP BECAUSE OF SOME ERROR IN THE 2Ks
PLEASE HELP ME SOME HOW

First of all don't use all caps its considered rude.

The UPS service is for a Uninterruptible Power Supply and has nothing to do
with your battery. You need to call the manufacture of your laptop to find
out what the problem is.

The UPS guy was just at my house today and delivered a package. Next time I
see him I will tell him that you are looking for him.

Gary, he is not talking about ups, he talking about the laptop
battery,

Also, He somehow turn off the charging of the laptop battery or
he needs a new laptop battery.
