There are many more folders (_overlay, _derived, etc) the have underscores (many of which you can not rename)

|I was able to change the name of my folders to borders and themes without an
| underscore through Frontpage. I know I should not change the name using
| another program such as windows explorer. Frontpage allowed this folder name
| change, so I published the changes and my themes still do not show up. Do
