My theme color is not showing after publishing

Hello!
Using FP 2003 and Yahoo is my web hosting. For some reason my theme
(background) colors are not showing after I publish my page. All of my text,
hyperlinks, and pics are showing fine; just no background colors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
