try your ram

take it out of the slot and put it into another slot

also we would need the details
what does it say in the blue screen?

Have you installed new hardware or memory?

If you have make sure the memory is inserted properly!

Is the memory a different type? ie are the speed or brand different? (refer to manual)

Make sure all fans on Chipset and CPU are functioning properly!

Are all power connections inserted fully onto board and other hardware?

If all else fails diconnect most of your hardware only leave your DVD/CD ROM, Graphics card and hard drive inserted. Try again.

Sometimes a process of Elimination is needed.

Let us knw soon, GL

If you only reinstalled Windows XP and didn't fiddle with any hardware, then your blue screens are probably because one or more components don't have drivers installed (or are working with generic windows XP ones).

Make sure you go into device manager and make sure every component is installed with the latest version drivers you can find. Install service pack 2 as well if you have it.
