my server shutdown

my erver shutdown on its own and this is the last error
recorded:

The master browser has received a server announcement from
the computer %2 that believes that it is the master
browser for the domain on transport %3. The master browser
is stopping or an election is being forced


how do i correct problem

This is a non-problem. This error is related to network browsing (i.e.
network neighborhood), and wouldn't cause a server to shutdown.

So in your event log do we have anything that show a bugcheck or any stop
codes?
